Terms for the Reuse of Data Provided by the Executive Agency for Exploration and Maintenance of the Danube River (EAEMDR):
The data published by the Executive Agency for Exploration and Maintenance of the Danube River (EAEMDR) is made available for reuse under the following conditions:
1. Mandatory source attribution. In any publication, distribution, or integration of the data — regardless of format or purpose — the user is required to clearly and visibly indicate EAEMDR as the source of the primary data, including when the data has been processed, aggregated, or combined with other sources.
2. Prohibition of misleading representation. The data or any derivative products created on the basis of it must not be presented in a way that could mislead regarding their origin, accuracy, or official status, or that could harm the reputation of EAEMDR.
3. Responsibility in case of transformation. When processing, aggregating, combining, or otherwise transforming the data, the user must explicitly indicate that the data has been modified from the original and bears full responsibility for the accuracy and correctness of the result.
4. Prohibition of commercial misuse of the brand. Reuse of the data does not grant the right to use the name, logo, or other distinctive marks of EAE MDR for commercial or promotional purposes without the Agency’s explicit written consent.
5. Integrity of primary data. When distributing the data in its original, unprocessed form, the user must provide it without distortion of values and must indicate the time period and scope of the data as published by EAEMDR.
6. Applicable law. These terms are governed by Bulgarian legislation in accordance with Directive 2003/4/EC on public access to environmental information, Directive 2019/1024/EU on open data and the reuse of public sector information, and Directive 2007/2/EC (INSPIRE).
